Submissions > Crushes > Biggie Slicer - Biceps Crush from guard
| Your Starting Position: | Guard |
| Opponent's Starting Position: | Kneeling or kneeling inside guard |
| Setup: | You have him in your guard. You are attacking his left arm. This is an amazing move. You can gatch guys from your guard in this from the most hopeless looking defensive positions that it is usually a totally surprise. |
| Details: | 1. Work your foot into place by doing a half spider guard. Grab his left triceps with your left hand. Grab his left wrist with your right hand. 2. Put your left foot over on his left hip with your knee across his midsection. He will be eager to attempt to pass your guard now. 3. As he leans forward, he falls into the trap. If he doesn't lean forward, you can pull him down on you. If he isn't very close to you, you will have to keep hold of his left wrist with his right hand. If he's close, you can let it go. 4. Gable grip around the back of his left shoulder. 5. Pull/squeeze to crush. Press your right shin into his muscle by flexing your glutes and pulling him into you. |
| Your Ending Position: | Guard |
